Location: Athens, Greece | Full-time

We are seeking a results-driven Yacht Sales Broker to join our growing team. The role is open to both in-house professionals and competitive external brokers with an established network. You will represent our portfolio of premium vessels and deliver tailored solutions to discerning clientele across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle of yachts, from listing to closing.
  • Maintain and grow a strong global client network (UHNWIs, owners, brokers).
  • Provide advisory services on yacht specifications, valuations, and market trends.
  • Develop marketing strategies and customized sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical, legal, and registration departments.
  • Attend major yacht shows, inspections, and sea trials as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in yacht sales or S&P of leisure vessels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven global network and track record in brokerage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and well-connected.

We are inviting applications from both in-house and competitive external Yacht Charter Brokers with global reach. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a luxury fleet and high-end clientele, backed by a solid operational and marketing structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle yacht charters from initial inquiry to post-charter feedback.
  • Design bespoke itineraries and experiences for clients.
  • Liaise with owners, central agents, and competitive brokers.
  • Ensure seamless charter execution by coordinating with crew and suppliers.
  • Stay updated on fleet availability, charter regulations, and market trends.
  • Attend yacht shows and conduct familiarization trips.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a charter broker (in-house or independent).
  • Strong understanding of MYBA terms, APA, and booking procedures.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional client service and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

With a distinguished background Ships & Vessels brokerage, he has been a notable figure in the maritime industry across Europe and Asia since the early 2000s and plays a pivotal role in Group Investments & Acquisitions.

Being an Owner and Investor himself, Cpt. Manos expertly evaluates opportunities in Superyachts and conversions, serving MMC Holding’s esteemed clientele. A visionary leader, he actively participates in Sustainability Summits and Ventures, ensuring speed and effectiveness in every project.

By leading and mentoring the senior team, he ensures precise execution and leverages his vast experience to make well-considered decisions for our clients’ needs and long-term success. His strategic vision and guidance propel CBS Yachts and the Group towards new horizons.
